Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

CANADA ORDERS

To request a refund or credit, please have your order # on hand and click on https://valerie-simon.com/en/apps/return. Your order # can be found in your purchase confirmation email. Once the link is clicked, you will need to choose the return option that suits you and you will receive a returns label to print and affix to the return box.

Return in store

You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all international orders, returns must be initiated and shipped by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for covering all costs associated with returning the package, including but not limited to:

• return shipping fees;

• customs fees;

• import taxes or duties;

• any additional charges applied by the carrier or customs authorities.

None of these costs will be covered by Groupe Valérie Simon.

Once the returned package is received and inspected, if the item has not been worn, is in its original condition, and matches the state in which it was sent, a full refund will be issued.
